Recipe - Chocolate Pudding

INGREDIENTS
- 150g Cake flour
- 2 ½ Tsp Baking powder
- 70g Castor sugar
- 40g Cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 125ml Milk
- 50g Vitamin green cannabutter
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
SAUCE
- 180g Brown sugar
- 40g Cocoa powder
- 320ml Boiling water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Set oven to 170°C
- Grease a baking dish with butter
- Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Vitamin green cannabutter (put in microwave for a few seconds) and milk, then whisk in the egg and vanilla
- Now add the egg mixture into the flour mixture until combined. It will be a thick batter. Spread this into the baking dish
- Now mix the brown sugar and cocoa powder (from the sauce ingredients) and sprinkle it over the batter evenly. Carefully pour the hot water over the back of a dessert spoon, all over the top of the pudding
- Bake at 170°C for 30mins until the top is nicely browned..
- Serve while hot with cream or icecream
