Recipe - Chocolate Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g Cake flour
  • 2 ½ Tsp Baking powder
  • 70g Castor sugar
  • 40g Cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 125ml Milk
  • 50g Vitamin green cannabutter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

 

SAUCE

  • 180g Brown sugar
  • 40g Cocoa powder
  • 320ml Boiling water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Set oven to 170°C
  • Grease a baking dish with butter
  • Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the Vitamin green cannabutter (put in microwave for a few seconds) and milk, then whisk in the egg and vanilla
  • Now add the egg mixture into the flour mixture until combined. It will be a thick batter. Spread this into the baking dish
  • Now mix the brown sugar and cocoa powder (from the sauce ingredients) and sprinkle it over the batter evenly. Carefully pour the hot water over the back of a dessert spoon, all over the top of the pudding
  • Bake at 170°C for 30mins until the top is nicely browned..
  • Serve while hot with cream or icecream
